Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in-office)

Salary: £140–155k base + stock options

We’re hiring for a profitable, well-backed tech company with serious momentum. The business is growing fast, launching new products, acquiring companies, and already operating at a scale where hiring needs to be fast, consistent and well-run.

Reporting to the VP People, you’ll lead a team of 15+, work directly with the exec team and take full ownership of a hiring function that’s ready to be shaped, sharpened and scaled. It’s about building a hiring engine that can lead the pace, not chase it.

  • Owning the global hiring strategy across Tech, Sales, G&A and Customer Care
  • Leading and coaching a team of 15+ recruiters and TA managers
  • Scaling up to 100+ hires per quarter while keeping quality high
  • Introducing smarter tooling, automation and process improvements
  • Getting the right hiring data in front of the right people at the right time
  • Partnering with senior business leaders and being able to challenge when needed
  • Building a hiring engine that drives growth, not just reacts to it

You’ve led and scaled TA teams of 15+ in high-growth tech company. You’ve owned hiring across both tech and commercial functions. You use data to make decisions and influence others. You know how to coach a team through change and into high performance. A team that’s trusted by the business and proud of how it operates.

You’ll be working with leaders who care about hiring, want TA at the table and are serious about building something great.
