We're partnering with Redpin, a fast-growing global fintech building payments and embedded software for the international property market. We’re helping them hire a Workplace & Culture Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This role is for someone who sees the office as more than a place to work. It's where people connect, collaborate, and culture comes to life.

The People & Workplace team was established just a couple of years ago and is still building the foundations. That includes global policies, systems, processes, and new ways of working. It's a lean, hands-on team where priorities shift quickly, and you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.

Beyond keeping the office running smoothly, the focus of this role is creating an engaging workplace experience that supports leaders in fostering a connected, collaborative culture.

What you'll focus on:

  • Running day-to-day office operations: supplies, food and drink, deliveries, keeping the space working smoothly, vendor onboarding and management, process development and streamlining, special department projects
  • Building in-person energy and attendance, making the office somewhere people want to be
  • Facilitating the culture and social initiatives
  • Planning and supporting company events
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships across the organisation

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, the kind of person who'll walk up, introduce themselves, and become a familiar friendly face, paired with the maturity and discretion to handle sensitive information appropriately and never overstep
  • You know London well. Whether it's finding great venues, negotiating supplier discounts, or uncovering opportunities others overlook, you're resourceful and well connected
  • You're organised and calm, you've run an office or workplace before, and you're comfortable managing vendors and a budget
  • Above all, you bring a positive, can-do mindset and genuine curiosity. You see change as an opportunity rather than a disruption

What's on Offer:

  • 12-month maternity cover FTC
  • 4-5 days in-office working model in their Canary Wharf HQ
  • Real ownership to shape workplace experience and culture at a high-growth business
