- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers, and global teams, ensuring smooth collaboration with Workplace Tech, Finance, Payroll, and Culture functions.
- Own and improve core HR systems and processes (HiBob, benefits, vendor management) — driving consistency, automation, and scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in People Operations, managing the full employee lifecycle — including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and data accuracy — across the UK and at least one other country.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR compliance, with additional experience in other regions considered a plus.
- Proven ability to own and maintain accurate employee data for payroll, benefits, and HRIS (HiBob experience is highly desirable).
- Skilled in process redesign, workflow mapping, and automation to improve and scale People Operations.
