The Role

We're partnering with Redpin, a fast-scaling global fintech building payments and embedded software for the international property market.

This isn't a steady-state environment. The People team was built a couple of years ago and is still laying the foundations, from global policies to systems, processes, and ways of working. It's a lean, hands-on team where things can be messy, fast-moving, and evolving, but where you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.

They're now looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to own People Ops across the UK while also contributing to global initiatives across Europe, the US, and beyond.

If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and like being close to the business, this is a role where you can shape how things get done.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the UK, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, benefits, and payroll inputs
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and the global People team, keeping the employee experience smooth and high-quality
  • Managing and improving core People processes and systems (HiBob), driving accuracy, automation, and scalability
  • Supporting policy rollouts and education across the UK, keeping managers and employees aligned and informed
  • Partnering closely with People Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Workplace teams to keep operations running smoothly
  • Leading and supporting projects to standardise and globalise processes across regions
  • Owning data accuracy and reporting, building dashboards and giving stakeholders useful insight
  • Supporting key initiatives such as benefits renewals, immigration processes, and commission cycles

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in People Operations, owning the full employee lifecycle in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working across multiple countries, with strong UK knowledge and exposure to international markets
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and compliance, ideally with additional regions
  • A track record of improving and automating processes in scaling environments
  • Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob highly preferred) and managing data accuracy for payroll and reporting
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-first approach when supporting employees and managers
  • Ideally coming from a tech or scale-up environment, where things are still being built

What's on Offer

  • A permanent role with a high-growth, Blackstone-backed fintech at an important point in its scale-up journey
  • A hands-on remit where you can build, improve, and shape global People Operations
  • Hybrid working with a London-based team (3 days in the office)

The Interview Process

  • Initial conversation with Re:work
  • First interview with the People team
  • Follow-up with leadership stakeholders
  • Final conversation with senior leadership

Interested?

If joining a lean, global People team, building processes from the ground up, and making a visible impact in a scaling business sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Before applying, take a moment to update your CV; highlighting your experience across regions, systems, and projects will help your application stand out.
