We’re supporting a fast-scaling global fintech as they continue building and maturing their People function. The People team was built just a couple of years ago and is still laying the foundations, from global policies to systems, processes, and ways of working. It’s a lean, hands-on team where things can be messy, fast-moving, and evolving, but where you can see the impact of your work almost immediately.
They’re now looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to take ownership of People Ops across the UK, while also contributing to global initiatives across Europe, the US, and beyond. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from scratch, and likes being close to the business, this is a role where you can genuinely shape how things are done.
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and the global People team, ensuring a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
- Supporting policy rollouts and education across the UK, ensuring managers and employees are aligned and informed.
- Partnering closely with People Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Workplace teams to deliver seamless operations.
- Leading and supporting projects to standardise and globalise processes across regions.
- Owning data accuracy and reporting, building dashboards and providing insights to stakeholders.
- Supporting key initiatives such as benefits renewals, immigration processes, and commission cycles.
Strong experience in People Operations, owning the full employee lifecycle in fast-paced environments. Experience working with HRIS systems (HiBob highly preferred) and managing data accuracy for payroll and reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-first approach when supporting employees and managers.
A 6-month contract with the potential to extend or convert longer-term. A genuinely hands-on role where you can build, improve, and shape global People Operations. Hybrid working with a London-based team (2–3 days in the office).
If you’re excited by the idea of joining a lean, global People team, building processes from the ground up, and making a real impact in a scaling business, we’d love to hear from you. Highlighting your experience across regions, systems, and projects will help your application stand out.
