We're partnering with Redpin, a fast-scaling global fintech building payments and embedded software for the international property market. The People team was built a couple of years ago and is still laying the foundations, from global policies to systems, processes, and ways of working. It's a lean, hands-on team where things can be messy, fast-moving, and evolving, but where you'll see the impact of your work almost immediately.
They're now looking for a Senior People Operations Partner to own People Ops across the UK while also contributing to global initiatives across Europe, the US, and beyond. If you thrive in ambiguity, enjoy building from scratch, and like being close to the business, this is a role where you can shape how things get done.
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and the global People team, keeping the employee experience smooth and high-quality.
- Supporting policy rollouts and education across the UK, keeping managers and employees aligned and informed.
- Partnering closely with People Partners, Payroll, Finance, and Workplace teams to keep operations running smoothly.
- Leading and supporting projects to standardise and globalise processes across regions.
- Owning data accuracy and reporting, building dashboards and giving stakeholders useful insight.
- Supporting key initiatives such as benefits renewals, immigration processes, and commission cycles.
Strong experience in People Operations, owning the full employee lifecycle in fast-paced environments. Experience with HRIS systems (HiBob highly preferred) and managing data accuracy for payroll and reporting. Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-first approach when supporting employees and managers.
