When businesses like this come knocking, it’s hard to turn them down. Sitting at the forefront of fit-out and leading the way in both traditional and D&B contracting, I am working with no less than 3 great contractors, each specialising in the commercial office fit-out world and stacked with projects. I am on the hunt for Technical Services Managers – ideally with experience within a fit-out main contractor - to join these diverse teams and make a significant contribution to the future success of their projects and their businesses.
What you will be getting up to:
- Utilising in-depth knowledge of technical design to support management teams and coordinate all M&E activity within designated programmes.
- Managing the quality of installations and overall progress.
- Running technical workshops and meetings.
- Taking responsibility for submittals, drawing approvals, RFIs, and managing regulatory approvals.
- Effectively overseeing consultant and sub-contractor relationships.
