The type of place you only get when working for one of the leading commercial fit our contractors in the city.
We are looking for a Team Secretary / Business Support Coordinator to become an integral part of their team.
This is a varied role where you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across the business whilst also taking ownership of the office environment and being the welcoming face of the company.
Your time will be split roughly 60/40 between administration and office management/front of house duties, so you'll need to be comfortable switching gears, juggling priorities and getting stuck into whatever needs doing.
You'll be involved with (amongst other things): Providing administrative support to the wider team.
Preparing bid documentation, PQQs and contractor proposal packs.
Taking meeting minutes and managing associated actions.
Coordinating diaries, meetings and general office administration.
Looking after front of house, welcoming visitors and creating a great first impression.
Helping keep the office organised, professional and running efficiently.
Consequently, we really need somebody who: Is highly organised and naturally proactive.
Has a genuine "can-do" attitude.
Is confident communicating with people at all levels.
Enjoys being busy and can comfortably manage multiple priorities.
Takes pride in their work and is always willing to roll their sleeves up.
Is professional, well-presented and enjoys being part of a collaborative office environment.
Is happy working from the office five days a week.
