This is a Business Development role for someone who understands how construction work is actually won. The business operates across roofing and external works, delivering projects in both the public and private sectors. The focus isn’t volume for the sake of it - it’s building the right relationships, opening the right doors, and helping secure work that fits the business.
You’ll be trusted to do the job properly. Developing relationships with consultants, clients and decision-makers. Staying close to the market. Turning conversations into opportunities - without the hard sell.
