A well-regarded fit out contractor delivering high-end commercial interiors across London is looking to take on an experienced Document Controller to become a key part of their project delivery team.

This is a proper project-focused role where you will be heavily involved from pre-start through to handover, managing the full flow of information across live construction projects and working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants and site teams alike.

The role will involve:

  • Managing project documentation from award through to handover
  • Maintaining drawing registers and technical submissions
  • Managing RFIs, CVIs, RAMS, permits and site records
  • Uploading and controlling information via Procore
  • Supporting progress reporting and meeting coordination
  • Maintaining accurate site records and document workflows
  • Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Assisting with project handover and archiving processes

Procore is absolutely central to the role, so previous experience using the platform is essential. We are looking for strong organisation, a proactive attitude and somebody comfortable operating within a busy construction environment where priorities can -and often do- change quickly.

Previous fit out or main contracting experience would be highly beneficial, alongside strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with operational teams on site.

Salary is somewhere between £40k–£50k depending on experience. A really solid opportunity for a Document Controller who enjoys being properly embedded within projects rather than sitting on the sidelines.
