The Opportunity:
This is a quality Project Management and Cost Consultancy that is going from strength to strength. With even bigger plans on the horizon, remaining still is not an option for them. Working across a number of sectors including commercial and residential, they are extremely well placed to take things to the next level and capitalise on their burgeoning reputation. With major projects set to kick off imminently, they are looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team and help to write the next chapters of their success story.
As part of a growing and close-knit team, the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Quantity Surveyor will find themselves at the heart of interesting projects, taking responsibility for (but not limited to):
- Your role will be varied, but always impactful. From cost estimating to providing regular reporting to clients, you’ll have a hand in every key aspect of a project’s lifecycle.
- Your ability to control costs and maintain strong relationships with clients will set you apart, ensuring that each project is delivered on time and within budget.
- As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll be their trusted partner, solving problems and guiding them through the complexities of large-scale construction projects.
But this role isn’t just about the “day-to-day.” You’ll be part of something much bigger. The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Quantity Surveyor will need to be able to thrive in a client-facing role and will ideally have comprehensive experience of managing residential and commercial projects. It would be nice if you are chartered but what matters more is a genuine passion for the work, your experience, ability to do the job and drive to get projects completed efficiently and effectively.
