If you are a Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys running technically interesting projects rather than the same old commercial fit out jobs, this one's got to be worth a look.
I am working with a well-established M&E contractor that’s continuing to win work across the Life Sciences and Renewables sectors and is looking to bring in experienced Mechanical Project Managers to support a growing workload.
Current projects include:
- A Research Laboratory development in South West London
- Two Air Source Heat Pump projects across East London
These are Design & Build projects where you will be given the opportunity to manage the mechanical delivery from design coordination through to installation, commissioning and handover on technically challenging schemes, coordinating with design teams, managing subcontractors, driving programme and quality, and maintaining strong relationships with the client throughout the project.
Ideally, we are looking for experienced freelance professionals on the hunt for their next contract, but we are equally open to speaking with permanent candidates who are looking for a long-term move.
If you have delivered mechanical packages on complex building services projects and enjoy taking ownership from design through to handover, it would be a good idea for us to jump on a call. Apply now or contact Bailey @ rework and I’ll happily give you more details.
