An accomplished commercial leader with a strong background in construction, ideally within M&E, who combines commercial expertise with the ability to inspire, develop and bring people along with them.
Someone equally comfortable contributing to commercial strategy at board level as they are sitting down with Quantity Surveyors to work through the complexities of a challenging project.
Above all, we're looking for someone who sees commercial leadership as being about more than numbers and contracts. Someone who understands people, builds strong relationships and wants to make a genuine difference to the business they represent.
