Some Director roles are about inheriting a team and keeping things ticking over.

This isn't one of them.

We are working with a highly respected independent property consultancy looking for someone to lead and grow its Project Management business across Manchester and Leeds.

There is already plenty to work with – an established team, excellent institutional clients, a strong national business and a track record across commercial, industrial, PBSA and Build to Rent.

But the ambition is to do considerably more.

You will have genuine responsibility for the region: developing the team, shaping the PM offering, strengthening existing relationships and, crucially, bringing new clients and opportunities into the business.

So, we're looking for more than an excellent Project Manager here.

You will be MRICS, commercially minded and well connected across the Northern property market, with an existing client network and the credibility to turn conversations into instructions.

You will still be close enough to projects to remain technically relevant, but your bigger job is to build the business, develop good people and establish the team as a serious force in the Northern market.
