We are working with a highly regarded construction and property business looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to support multiple directors from their beautifully appointed offices in Covent Garden. This isn’t just a case of diary management and booking meeting rooms– this is closer to being a genuine right hand to a group of senior executives running a well-respected consultancy.

The role itself is varied and fast-moving, supporting senior leadership across day-to-day coordination, diary management, travel, meetings, expenses, invoicing and wider office support, whilst also getting involved in bids and ad hoc project work where needed. It would suit somebody who enjoys being heavily relied upon and naturally takes ownership of keeping things organised, efficient and running smoothly behind the scenes.

Some of your duties:

  • Managing multiple busy diaries and meeting schedules
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation
  • Processing expenses and invoicing support
  • Preparing meeting packs, presentations and documentation
  • Supporting bids and wider business administration
  • Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations
  • Acting as a key support point for senior leadership

The business itself has a polished and professional feel without being overly corporate. They are looking for somebody approachable, proactive and confident dealing with senior stakeholders, clients and internal teams alike. Previous experience supporting senior personnel within construction, consultancy, property or professional services would be highly beneficial.

The office is based in Covent Garden and the role will be predominantly office based. Salary is going to be somewhere around the £40k–£50k mark depending on experience. A genuinely lovely opportunity for somebody who enjoys being at the centre of a busy and successful business.
