The smooth running of any successful business should never be taken for granted.
There is so much going on behind the scenes that just seems to magically happen – meetings arranged, presentations prepared, documents prepared, diaries managed.
The list is endless.
We are looking for the person who makes all that stuff happen without a fuss.
The Operations Coordinator will work alongside the leadership, pre-construction and design teams, playing a central role in keeping the business organised, supporting major client opportunities and ensuring the office operates to the high standards it's known for.
And boy, what an office!
The sort of place you would expect from one of the leading D&B fit out experts in London (and the UK for that matter).
This is a varied position where you will move between coordinating client presentations, preparing professional documentation, managing complex diaries, organising meetings, supporting bids and proposals, welcoming visitors and helping to create an office environment that reflects the quality of the business itself.
No two days will ever be exactly the same, and that's part of the appeal.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised.
Someone who takes pride in producing work that's right first time, spots the details and likes being the person colleagues can depend on when deadlines are tight and expectations are high.
You will already have experience in a similar coordination, administration or office support role and be confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point.
Strong written English is essential, along with the ability to proofread important client-facing documents before they leave the office.
Just as importantly, you'll be proactive, approachable and comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing sight of the detail.
You will enjoy working with people, communicating at every level of the business and taking ownership of your workload.
There will occasionally be times when an important client presentation or deadline requires an earlier start or a later finish, but you'll be joining a business where quality matters and where everybody pulls together to achieve the best possible outcome.
If you're looking for a varied position where you'll become an integral part of a collaborative team and have a genuine impact on the success of projects behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
