I am working with a building services outfit that is doing some excellent work. I’m speaking directly to the Design Director about a couple of roles at the moment. I am currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer.
This position will be joining an 8 strong design team – big enough to provide support and ensure you’re not alone, but small enough to give you a voice and scope for progression.
The Electrical Design Engineer will need to know their way around a project without needing constant guidance. You will be working across a diverse mix of projects including commercial, leisure, schools, MOJ, and hospitality – a portfolio that keeps things interesting rather than repetitive.
Couple of non-negotiables:
- You need to have a solid background in Electrical Design – a few years of experience is required.
- You must be proficient in Revit.
- If you also have experience with AutoCAD, that would be advantageous.
- Experience with IES is a plus, but Revit is the primary requirement.
Set up is straightforward:
- Approximately 4 days in the office, 1 from home.
- 25 days holiday.
- £60k salary.
This role will suit someone who is bored of being a small cog in a big machine or someone stuck in a tiny company who wants more structure without going fully corporate.
If this sounds like you, please get in touch. If not, and you know someone who is skilled in Revit and easy to work with, please refer them to me.
