Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring project information is accurate, accessible and properly managed throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll be doing
- Managing project documentation through Procore, including drawings, RFIs, technical submissions and project correspondence.
- Maintaining document registers and ensuring the latest revisions are issued to the right people at the right time.
- Supporting site and office teams with document control processes and information management.
- Monitoring workflows and ensuring project records remain accurate and compliant.
- Assisting with project handovers and maintaining a clear audit trail throughout delivery.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within a construction environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Procore.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across live projects.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of your area of responsibility
