This isn’t a single hire. It’s a team build. We’re supporting a specialist contractor delivering multiple live data centre projects in Buckinghamshire, with work secured through to mid-2027. As workload ramps up across several sites, they’re looking to strengthen their delivery team at Project Manager, Senior Project Manager and Project Director level.
The work is technical, fast-moving and properly resourced. These are live construction projects, not paper exercises - and they need people who understand how to run complex packages without drama.
They’re particularly interested in people with strength in:
- Building & Power Management Systems (BMS / PMS)
- Security, fire alarm and specialist life-safety packages
At PM and Senior PM level, you’ll be responsible for running defined packages or projects - managing programmes, subcontractors, technical coordination and commercial alignment alongside the wider team. At Project Director level, you’ll oversee the full picture across multiple projects and disciplines - leading senior delivery teams, managing client interfaces and ensuring consistency, performance and control across all sites.
These roles would suit people who are already working in data centres, critical environments, or similarly complex technical builds - and who are comfortable operating at pace, with clear accountability.
Salaries are competitive and reflect seniority: Project Director: up to £180k. Start is ASAP. Projects are already live. If you’re looking for a long-term run on well-funded data centre work, with a clear structure and progression across delivery levels, this is worth a proper conversation.
