About the Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers to support the delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle and receive structured support toward achieving RICS APC chartership.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of tender documentation
- Supporting the delivery of cost plans and feasibility studies
- Assisting with contract administration and project reporting
- Supporting the management of project final accounts
- Gaining exposure to life‑cycle costing
About You
- Recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (RICS‑accredited preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen to work toward chartership (APC)
- A proactive and team‑oriented approach
- Some work placement or internship experience in a consultancy or construction environment is desirable but not essential
