Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for your next career move?
We are working with an Award-winning Architectural company who are one of the UK’s leading multidisciplinary, architecture-led design practices and recognised in the AJ’s Top 100 UK practices and they are on the lookout for an ambitious, proactive Bid & Frameworks Manager to join what is a very successful team, as their long-serving Bid Manager prepares for retirement.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role within the business, helping drive their bid strategy, developing new opportunities and helping to secure future projects and frameworks.
What will you be doing?
- Managing bids and framework applications from opportunity identification through to submission.
- Researching, writing and coordinating high-quality tender responses.
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends and procurement frameworks.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to develop compelling submissions.
- Monitoring bid performance, analysing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining bid libraries, case studies, CVs and supporting documentation.
- Supporting the development of the bid team and wider business strategy.
What experience do you need?
- At least 5 years’ experience in bid management, frameworks or proposals.
- Strong written communication, organisation and project management skills.
- Experience of public sector procurement and bid portals.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Construction industry or consultancy experience would be a distinct advantage.
