The
Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial and contractual management of high-profile Commercial, Hospitality and projects across London.
Responsibilities include: Managing and nurturing key relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensuring projects meet or exceed financial targets.
Identifying and resolving potential disputes early.
Pricing and negotiating project variations effectively.
Leading the cost management and financial reporting on major London-based developments.
You will be joining a respected and forward-thinking business with an exciting pipeline of major projects due to commence shortly.
Requirements: Proven experience delivering Commercial projects in a Quantity Surveying capacity.
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and relevant construction legislation.
A track record of successful project delivery, cost control, and financial management.
Ideally Chartered (MRICS or equivalent).
Confident, proactive, and commercially astute.
