Project Manager (Science & Pharmaceutical Projects) | £60,000 - £75,000 | Hertfordshire - UK-wide projects | Consultancy | Permanent We are working with a growing consultancy looking for an experienced Project Manager to take projects from early design through procurement, construction and final handover. The role sits across the full project lifecycle. You will lead design teams through RIBA Stages 2, 3 and 4, work alongside commercial and procurement teams to appoint contractors and manage individual work packages, before supporting the site teams through delivery. Projects are predominantly within the science, laboratory and pharmaceutical sectors and are located across the UK, so you’ll typically split your time around 50/50 between the Hertfordshire offices and project sites. We are looking for someone who can comfortably manage the technical and commercial side of a project while also being genuinely good with clients. Building long-term relationships and creating repeat business is an important part of the role. You will need strong experience across design management, procurement and project delivery, together with a good understanding of programme, quality, commercial performance and reporting. £60,000 – £75,000 depending on experience.
