Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for:
- Cost estimating
- Covering the entire project lifecycle from feasibility to final accounts
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff
- Providing commercial knowledge and advice to clients
- Managing contract change effectively
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Working across public and private sector projects
Qualifications
- At least 4 years experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Exceptional client‑facing skills and ability to manage projects of varied value
- Resilient and assertive
- MRICS preferred but not essential
