A small but forward-thinking construction consultancy based in Southwark, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their small but close-knit team. Working in luxury Residential and Commercial sector, they are well established and benefit from regular repeat business.
The Quantity Surveyor will deliver on some of the most exclusive Residential projects in London and the Home Counties. These could be new builds and refurbishment and will range in value. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for overseeing the whole project lifecycle from concept to completion. You will be involved in pre and post contract duties including Tenders, Cost planning, feasibility studies and procurement advice. You will act as the client’s single point of contact.
The requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- RICS accredited degree
- Preferably MRICS (or aspiring to)
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy in the UK
- Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
In return:
- Up to £60,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
- APC Support – and proven success
- RICS Fees paid for
- Hybrid working - typically a 3 in, 2 home split.
