Technical Services Manager (TSM) | £80,000 - £95,000 | Central London (Fit-Out)

We are looking for a first-rate Technical Services Manager to join a design-led fit out contractor in the city.

Don’t expect to be working on projects where everything is hidden in the ceiling and wall – this isn’t really that kind of job.

These projects are all about integrating services as a core area of the design.

Exposed, coordinated and totally tied into the overall aesthetics of the design.

It’s not about just making things work. It’s doing it in style and in a way that adds to the space.

There’s an expectation that you will push back as well. If something doesn’t quite work, you will speak up. If there is a better way of doing it, you will.

The reality is that you will already be doing this job somewhere else – as a TSM or BSM in Fit Out or Main Contracting – and you will know the (massive) difference between working on projects where you are constantly firefighting and those when you actually get a hold of things early doors and effect things.

Thankfully, this job is much more the latter.

A strong M&E / services background is obviously a pre-requisite for the role.
