A small but dynamic construction consultancy based in London are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. You will be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering private-sector projects across the Residential sector. Role Overview: As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects, leading delivery teams and liaising closely with clients to ensure successful outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in Residential construction and a desire to step into a leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of High Rise Residential construction projects
- Lead and support a team of Project Managers
- Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience managing construction projects, ideally in the High Rise Residential sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and project teams
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential
- Good knowledge of the Building Safety Act
