Are you organised, proactive, and excited about making creative student projects happen? Rewind is looking for a Treasurer-Fundraiser to help us grow and sustain our work through smart financial management and innovative fundraising.

Rewind is Warwick's student-run history magazine and film platform, created by and for students. Through thoughtful articles, interviews, and short films, we bring fresh, accessible perspectives to the past. We launched our magazine in 2024 and expanded into film in 2025 — and we’re just getting started. Learn more about us at www.warwickrewind.com

Role Description

As Treasurer-Fundraiser, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our editorial and production teams by:

  • Managing Rewind's finances and maintaining clear records of all spending
  • Sharing regular financial updates with the Editor-in-Chief and team
  • Leading fundraising efforts to support our print issues, film projects, and events
  • Submitting grant applications to external bodies and identifying new funding opportunities
  • Co-signing all spending decisions with the Editor-in-Chief
  • Preparing an annual financial report and spending plan, to be reviewed termly by the Editorial Team

This role is central to the success of our organisation — and we’re looking for someone who can fully commit to the position.
