About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, fashion-obsessed Fashion & E-Commerce coordinator to support our buying, merchandising and online operations for pre-loved luxury and vintage stock. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure product listings, imagery, data and brand content are accurate, consistent and beautifully presented across all platforms. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes designer fashion, understands what makes a garment special, and is excited to grow within a fast-moving resale environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • E-Com & Product Data
  • Upload new inventory to the website/marketplaces with high accuracy
  • Write product descriptions with brand tone and key details (fabric, fit, condition, era)
  • Manage PDP data (sizes, prices, SKU, condition grading)
  • Maintain consistency across listings to luxury standards
  • Track stock accuracy and update sold items promptly
  • Buying & Merchandising Support
    • Assist with product selection, quality checks and archiving pieces
    • Help prepare buy sheets and documentation
    • Conduct research on brand history, resale price benchmarks and trends
    • Monitor sell-through performance and suggest re-pricing or promotional ideas
    • Coordinate with the photography/studio team for content planning
  • Content & Visual Merchandising
    • Source and organise product imagery
    • Support with styling & shoot prep when required
    • Ensure website visuals are refined and on-brand
    • Assist in preparing visual assets for campaigns or drops
    • Photography skill is a plus

    What We’re Looking For

    • 1–3 years experience in e-commerce, merchandising or fashion admin
    • Strong interest in luxury fashion, designer brands & vintage history
    • Excellent attention to detail - accuracy matters
    • Able to manage data, product information and workflows efficiently
    • Proactive, organised and comfortable in a fast-moving environment
    • Good written communication and brand voice awareness
    • Bonus: experience with Shopify, Lyst, Vestiaire, Farfetch, Depop or similar
