- Coordinate with local tour operators to curate seamless travel experiences.
- Ensure all aspects of the safari, including activities, accommodations, and meals, meet the client's expectations.
- Collaborate with our Traveler Experience team to prepare travel documents and guidebook, coordinate entry requirements and travel insurance guidance, and ensure travellers receive accurate information regarding packing, health, and safety requirements.
- Support the Traveler Experience team to work closely with local partners to maintain smooth logistics and quickly resolve any issues that arise during safaris.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation initiatives in our safari destinations.
- Act as an expert resource to educate travellers about destination highlights, local cultures, wildlife species, and conservation efforts they will encounter during safaris.

About You
We are looking for someone who combines genuine passion for wildlife and conservation with strong commercial instincts and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

- Confident communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with both individual clients and groups.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, including in high-pressure situations.
- Confidence with technology: proficiency in standard office software; familiarity with travel booking or itinerary platforms is beneficial.
- A genuine passion for Africa’s wildlife, ecosystems, and conservation.
- Knowledge of major safari destinations, African wildlife, and local cultures.
- The ability to travel domestically and internationally when required.
A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is desirable but not essential — relevant experience and passion for the sector are equally valued.
