We are supporting a regulated healthcare service that requires urgent short-term bank administrative support due to increased demand. This is an immediate start temporary role, with the potential to extend depending on service needs and performance.

What you will be doing:
- Managing inbound calls and emails
- Booking, amending, and rescheduling appointments
- Updating patient records and basic spreadsheets
- Providing general administrative support to a busy healthcare team
Location: Some face-to-face training is required initially. Greater flexibility may be available following onboarding, subject to experience and role requirements.
