At Reward, we recognise that data and analytics are essential for business growth and success. We are seeking a VP of Analytics to drive our analytics strategy, leading high-impact initiatives and embedding data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement an advanced analytics strategy that aligns with Reward’s business goals.
- Lead and scale a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and optimise predictive analytics, machine learning models, and data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with C-level executives and senior leadership to provide data-driven guidance on key strategic initiatives.
- Enhance data automation, governance, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Champion a culture of analytics excellence, ensuring data is leveraged effectively across the business.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Extensive experience in analytics, data science, and leadership within a fast-paced environment.
