Key Responsibilities
- Develop existing strategic third-party partnerships:
- Responsibility for contract maintenance and commercial negotiation, with a drive to improve revenues,
- Ongoing relationship management to maximise the success of the partnership, using a pre-defined partnership lifecycle strategy,
- Co-ordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in the business to grow both client and user adoption of our partners’ products/services,
- Analyse transactional and referral revenue generated through partnerships to identify key opportunities for growth,
- Analyse partner performance and marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement to ensure maximum success.
- Review and onboard new strategic third-party partnerships:
- Assess the opportunity for new partners and building a robust business case to support,
- Follow a defined procurement process ensuring we are transparent and fair with our procurement activities
- Align key stakeholders with the project plan
Skills
- Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Experienced and confident with relationship management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and determine highest value actions
- Comfortable owning revenue lines with ambitious growth targets
- Ability to produce and manage a project plan to ensure all actions are achieved on time
- Comfortable in an agile, hybrid, working environment
- Previous experience in managing partnerships or working with employee benefit and wellbeing partners
- Contracting experience
- Knowledge of Public Sector Framework arrangements
