Weâre looking for a customer-centric Global Product Marketing Manager who is instrumental in shaping how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone with deep B2B SaaS experience, a strong grasp of enterprise dynamics, and a passion for translating market insights into impactful product narratives. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure our solutions resonate with target audiences and stand out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the global positioning, messaging and value proposition for our core platform and new product features / launches
- Own the development of global GTM framework, ensuring they can be localised and scaled across regions
- Build and lead global go-to-market strategies for product launches and incremental feature releases
- Develop launch playbooks and templates for regional execution
- Collaborate with local Sales and Customer Success teams to deeply understand customer journey, personas and use cases, turning insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Manage staged rollouts, aligning marketing activities with product readiness and commercial goals
Multi-Market Expertise
- Navigate the complexities of launching products across diverse geographies, tailoring messaging and tactics to local market needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Engagement
- Partner with central Product teams as a strategic ally, sharing market insights, co-owning product success stories and influencing the product roadmap based on market feedback and competitive intelligence
- Act as a strategic bridge between the central product team and regional commercial teams
- Enable local PMMs by providing adaptable global toolkits, including messaging frameworks, competitive battlecards, feature briefs, and launch assets
- Work closely with Sales enablement to craft compelling content that empowers the field to sell effectively
- Coordinate with Brand and Corporate Marketing to ensure global messaging consistency across all touchpoints
- Engage with clients and industry bodies to gather global and local market insights, drivers, pain points, industry and competitor trends, and buyer needs to inform product strategy
- Deliver competitive positioning guidance to both global and local teams
Performance Analysis
- Track and evaluate product performance post-launch, using data-driven insights to refine strategies
Governance and Alignment
- Drive alignment through regular global PMM syncs, ensuring that local markets are informed, aligned and equipped
- Create and manage shared frameworks and documentation to maintain clarity and consistency across all geographies
- Serve as the voice of the global product narrative, balancing central consistency with local flexibility
Presentation & Communication
- Deliver high-impact presentations to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3 years in the SaaS space
- Proven success in B2B environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead a GTM strategy and execution across multiple markets
- Strong stakeholder management and a collaborative mindset
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Comfortable with data-driven decision-making and market analysis
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Productboard, and analytics platforms
