Your Role in our Mission
The Engagement Specialist is responsible for delivering high-impact, in-person engagement events that educate, motivate, and inspire employees to make full use of our platform and Digital Benefit Solutions. Working across all customer segments, this role partners closely with Client Success, Marketing, and Communications to plan and execute on-site roadshows and engagement initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing utilisation. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role designed for someone who is energetic, confident in front of groups, naturally curious, and passionate about helping employees get the most from their benefits experience. The Engagement Specialist plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and amplifying the value delivered by our products. Through in-person events, roadshows, and interactive sessions, you help employees understand what’s available to them, how to access it, and how it can meaningfully improve their work and wellbeing. Your work directly influences adoption levels, customer satisfaction, and long-term value for both users and our corporate partners. You are a visible ambassador of our brand and a critical extension of the Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Event Delivery
- Plan, organise, and deliver a series of in-person engagement events and roadshows each quarter at customer locations.
- Present confidently to groups of employees, explaining how to use the platform and encouraging participation.
- Tailor messages to different audiences, ensuring employees understand the value and ease of accessing the benefits available to them.
- Create interactive, informative, and enjoyable sessions that increase awareness and drive platform usage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Client Success Directors and Managers to prioritise accounts and engagement opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing and Communications to ensure messaging, collateral, and event materials are aligned and effective.
- Provide feedback from events to Client Success and Product teams to help refine content, positioning, and user experience.
- Planning, Coordination & Administration
- Maintain a structured schedule of customer visits and engagement events.
- Prepare event materials, presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Capture engagement metrics and qualitative insights to measure success and inform future planning.
- Ensure logistical arrangements are made efficiently (travel, materials, event space coordination, etc.).
- Adoption & Value Delivery
- Help employees understand how to access and use key features of the platform.
- Encourage registration, feature exploration, and ongoing engagement.
- Act as an advocate for the platform, sharing best practices and helping remove barriers for end users.
- Represent the company’s brand, values, and customer-first approach at all events.
- Build positive rapport with employees and internal champions at customer organisations.
- Serve as a trusted extension of the Client Success PODs, strengthening relationships at ground level.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing, events, community engagement, or employee-facing roles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with proven confidence speaking in front of groups.
- Comfortable delivering in-person events and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, travel frequently, and coordinate logistics.
- Familiarity with digital platforms or technology solutions is advantageous.
- High energy, confidence, and engaging in front of people.
- Naturally curious, proactive, and eager to learn about customers and users.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple events and stakeholders.
