  • Drive utilisation and engagement: ensure benefit propositions deliver measurable value to employees and organisations.
  • Enable Sales and Client Success: provide simple, compelling messaging, training and collateral to position benefit programmes confidently.
  • Ensure commercial governance: manage pricing, bundling and programme configuration with control and insight.
  • Own the commercial definition and value narrative for our programmes and benefits products, including our retail discounts programme and our PSP.
  • Shape programme positioning for different segments and verticals.
  • Own pricing, bundling and packaging strategies for these products.

  • Work with the global merchant team and PSP specialists to evolve programme depth.
  • Partner with CS and Sales to understand client and user needs.
  • Monitor competitor benefits programmes, pricing and customer incentives.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis for benefit-led deals and PSP-specific opportunities.
  • Build sales collateral, ROI tools, benefit explainer packs and vertical-specific positioning.
  • Support Sales on strategic pitches for benefit-led programmes.
  • Equip CS with adoption frameworks to increase end-user utilisation.
  • Ensure all programmes meet commercial, operational and compliance standards.
  • Maintain consistent naming, positioning and documentation across materials.
  • Govern promotional activity to protect margin and brand alignment.

Qualifications
