Reward Gateway is seeking a Proposition Manager – Programmes & Benefits to own the commercial strategy and execution of benefit-driven programmes. This role involves crafting compelling value propositions, collaborating across teams, and ensuring high engagement and utilization of our offerings.

The ideal candidate has experience in product marketing, retail programmes, and commercial strategy, is analytical and has strong cross-functional influence. Hybrid working is offered with two days a week in the office.
