Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you'll be part of our People & Talent team, working collaboratively across recruitment, people initiatives and workforce planning to support Reward's ambitious growth plans. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic talent partnering, giving you the opportunity to influence how we attract, hire and develop talent across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Bring strong technical recruitment expertise, partnering closely with Engineering, Product and Technology leaders to attract and secure exceptional talent across software engineering, DevOps, product and UX disciplines.
  • Support hiring across technology and commercial functions, applying your understanding of diverse talent markets to identify and secure the capability needed to deliver Reward's growth ambitions.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market engagement.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment data to support workforce planning.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Champion inclusive and effective hiring practices.
  • Support recruitment across wider business functions when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience recruiting technology talent within fintech, SaaS, technology or high-growth environments.
  • Support hiring across technology and commercial functions, using your understanding of diverse talent markets to identify, attract and secure the talent that will drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate strong technical recruitment expertise, partnering closely with Engineering, Product and Technology leaders to identify, attract and hire high-calibre talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven sourcing and talent mapping expertise.
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
