We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who thrives on turning ideas into outcomes, brings clarity to complexity, and can lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-first products.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Product Owner, you’ll take the reins of key product areas — from shaping strategy to delivering new features — with full ownership and visibility across the business.
- Drive the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, always keeping customer value front and centre
- Own the backlog, define epics, write impactful user stories, and guide prioritisation decisions
- Collaborate with tech leads, designers, and stakeholders to break down complexity into tangible product outcomes
- Co-create with users, clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class features
- Influence the wider product strategy while managing dependencies across teams
- Monitor and optimise product performance through data-led decision making
- Provide thought leadership to junior Product Owners and the wider delivery function

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience, ideally in B2B2C, fintech, or data-led environments
- Strong experience working with agile engineering teams
- Proven ability to deliver products end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth organisations
- Experience working closely with customers or partners to shape requirements
- Skilled in backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team communication
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impact
