What you’ll be doing

  • Drive the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, always keeping customer value front and centre.
  • Own the backlog, define epics, write impactful user stories, and guide prioritisation decisions.
  • Collaborate with tech leads, designers, and stakeholders to break down complexity into tangible product outcomes.
  • Co-create with users, clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class features.
  • Influence the wider product strategy while managing dependencies across teams.
  • Monitor and optimise product performance through data-led decision making.
  • Provide thought leadership to junior Product Owners and the wider delivery function.

  • Experience working closely with customers or partners to shape requirements.
  • Skilled in backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team communication.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impact.
