We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who thrives on turning ideas into outcomes, brings clarity to complexity, and can lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, customer-first products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery, always keeping customer value front and centre.
- Own the backlog, define epics, write impactful user stories, and guide prioritisation decisions.
- Collaborate with tech leads, designers, and stakeholders to break down complexity into tangible product outcomes.
- Co-create with users, clients and internal teams to deliver best-in-class features.
- Influence the wider product strategy while managing dependencies across teams.
- Monitor and optimise product performance through data-led decision making.
- Provide thought leadership to junior Product Owners and the wider delivery function.

- Proven ability to deliver products end-to-end in fast-paced, high-growth organisations.
- Experience working closely with customers or partners to shape requirements.
- Skilled in backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team communication.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business impact.
