At Reward, we work at the intersection of fintech, data, and customer loyalty — partnering with the likes of Visa and Experian to shape how people shop and engage. With millions of users and a suite of innovative products, quality is at the heart of everything we build.
We’re now looking for a QA Tester to join our growing team and help ensure our loyalty platform continues to deliver seamless, secure and high-impact experiences. If you’re passionate about testing, curious by nature, and love digging into the detail, we’d love to talk.
What you’ll be doing
As a QA at Reward, you’ll contribute to the quality and development of our core product suite in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll work across test planning, execution and defect tracking — all while becoming a subject matter expert on our products. Your day-to-day will include:
- Creating, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test scripts
- Performing detailed API and data pipeline testing
- Identifying and documenting defects across multiple test environments
- Estimating testing effort and supporting planning across sprints
- Collaborating closely with engineers and product managers
- Supporting PCI compliance and maintaining documentation
- Contributing to client training sessions (optional, but a bonus!)
Tech we use (experience with any of these is a plus)
While frameworks may change, we value your approach to testing above all. But if you’ve worked with any of the following, even better:
- API testing tools like Postman
- Test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium)
- SQL/no-SQL databases for querying and validation
- Issue tracking systems (we use Jira)
- Data pipeline testing in cloud-based environments
- PCI compliance understanding is helpful
- Client training experience is a nice bonus
Who this role is perfect for
- Testers who love quality, structure, and solving real user problems
- Curious minds who want to own their craft and evolve with technology
- Team players who thrive in agile environments
- People who care about the product experience just as much as the code behind it
- Those looking to make an impact in a product-led, data-rich scale-up
Why join Reward?
We offer all the energy of a fast-moving scale-up — but with the security, benefits and partnerships of a global player.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Hybrid working (3 days in office)
- 6% matched pension (Hargreaves Lansdown)
- Private healthcare (Bupa), dental, optical, life cover + critical illness
- Wellbeing & perks via YuLife and Perks at Work
- Salary sacrifice schemes (cycle to work, EV lease, season tickets)
- Employee share scheme
- Company events, socials, volunteering days, and more
Ready to build quality products that scale globally? We’re not just looking for frameworks — we’re looking for QA testers who care about users, love the craft, and want to help shape better experiences.
