The day-to-day Project Managers sit within the Delivery, Technology & Operations function and report into the Chief Technology Officer. As a Project Manager, you will lead client onboarding projects and strategic Reward initiatives end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through to production go-live. You will coordinate internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to drive seamless execution across concurrent projects. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, stakeholder management and delivery excellence. Reward operates a hybrid working model from our London and Belfast offices, so experience leading workshops, governance sessions and stakeholder meetings both in person and remotely is essential.

This role will suit a proactive, customer-focused self-starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will:

  • Manage complex client-facing and internal projects concurrently from initiation through to successful delivery
  • Lead onboarding projects through the Reward project and delivery framework end-to-end
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and onboarding frameworks, incorporating lessons learned and wider company improvements
  • Programme and resource plan across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Organise and lead steering groups, governance forums, workshops and project reviews
  • Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks, issues and project conflicts
  • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders to define deliverables, timelines, quality standards and cost expectations
  • Ensure technology and delivery quality standards are consistently adhered to
  • Manage scope changes through effective change control processes to ensure transparency and optimum value delivery
  • Ensure business readiness and appropriate resourcing for successful implementation of change
  • Develop and maintain clear communication structures across all stakeholder groups
  • Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to project teams
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across the Delivery function to improve overall project capability
  • Work with the Head of Projects to shape and optimise Reward’s delivery and onboarding framework
  • Champion AI-enabled delivery frameworks and efficiencies, supporting teams in the effective and responsible use of AI technologies
  • Maintain broad knowledge across project workstreams, understanding the value and impact of each component on delivery success

About You

You will have:

  • Extensive programme and project management experience within financial services, fintech or consultancy environments
  • Demonstrable experience shaping and delivering projects from inception through to completion
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands
  • Advanced attention to detail in planning, estimating and execution
  • Experience identifying and mitigating programme risks, issues and delivery conflicts
  • Experience managing stakeholders across business and technology functions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at all organisational levels
  • Experience leading hybrid teams and facilitating workshops both in person and virtually
  • The ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or equivalent qualification
