As the Partnerships Lead, Strategic Accounts, you\'ll work closely with not only your own direct reports, but also with the wider account management team to build an educated, collaborative and efficient team atmosphere

  • Strategic Partnership Development
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for establishing and nurturing partnerships that enhance the value of the company\'s offerings
  • Ensure the achievement of revenue and budget expectations
  • Having an eye for revenue potential with the ability to support your direct reports with upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Negotiation and Contract Management
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure favorable terms and conditions that benefit both parties
  • Draft review and manage partnership agreements ensuring all legal and business requirements are met
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong long term relationships with partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and mutual success
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners addressing any issues concerns or opportunities for growth
  • Support clients and team members with program management tasks including strategic/tactical plans aimed to meet/exceed client\'s objectives and goals
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Track and analyse the performance of partnerships using key metrics to assess their impact on the company\'s goals
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on the status and success of partnerships including recommendation for improvement or expansion
  • Team Management
  • Oversee the day to day operation of the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Ensure levels of service are being met by your Account Managers and that client satisfaction is high
  • Provide a point of escalation for your team members and help to nurture a dynamic team environment
  • Support growth opportunities for Account Manager within the business
  • Assign task and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and areas of expertise
  • Monitor team performance providing regular feedback and guidance to ensure high standards of work
  • Goal Setting and Achievements
  • Set clear achievable goals and objectives in alignment with overall company goals
  • Develop strategies and action plans to achieve these goals and track progress regularly
  • Performance Monitoring and Feedback
  • Evaluate team members performance through regular reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure upskilling and skill development
  • Identify areas for improvement and offer training or development opportunities to enhance skills and performance
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate and encourage the team

You will have some experience in digital marketing as well as people management.
