We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO at a pivotal moment for Reward. Following our recent acquisition by Rezolve Ai, we’re entering an exciting new phase of growth bringing increased pace, complexity, and opportunity. Sitting within the CEO’s Office, this role is at the very centre of the business, enabling two senior leaders to operate at their absolute best. This is not a traditional EA role. It’s an opportunity to work in a high-performance environment where expectations are high, standards are clear, and great support is genuinely valued.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively manage complex, fast-moving calendars across both executives
- Ensure time is optimised and priorities are always clear
- Prepare for key meetings briefings, materials, and seamless coordination
- Act as a key point of contact for the CEO’s Office, engaging senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Support the operating rhythm of the executive team, driving alignment and efficiency
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to maintain a high-functioning CEO’s Office
- Lead end-to-end planning of executive offsites, leadership sessions, and company-wide events
- Deliver exceptional event experiences, from logistics through to execution
- Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Provide occasional personal support where needed

Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting C‑suite leaders (CEO and/or CFO) in fast‑paced environments

- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with the instinct to anticipate needs
- Confident working with senior stakeholders at the highest level
- Strong judgement, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Calm, resilient, and able to maintain quality under pressure
- Experienced in planning and delivering high‑quality events and offsites
- London‑based
- 4 days per week in the office
- Close proximity to leadership is key to success in this role
