We're looking for a Learning & Development Business Partner to join our People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
This isn't a traditional L&D role.
You will work directly with senior leaders to design and deliver learning solutions that drive real business outcomes across leadership development, sales effectiveness, organisational change, internal mobility, and post‑acquisition integration.
You will help us build a deliberately developmental culture where learning is embedded into everyday work, while leveraging modern technology and AI‑enabled learning tools to create scalable, engaging experiences for our people.
