At Reward, we're on an ambitious journey. Following our acquisition by Rezolve Ai, we're scaling globally, investing heavily in our products, and accelerating our growth plans. Our goal is simple: become the number one customer engagement and commerce media platform in our market.

To achieve this, we're looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our next phase of growth. This is not a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We're looking for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on winning new business, building high-performing teams, and creating momentum in fast-paced environments.

You'll lead our Business Development Managers and SDR function, driving revenue growth across our Activation Intelligence, Engage and PCLO solutions whilst helping shape the future direction of our commercial organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing new business sales team
  • Own revenue generation and delivery against ambitious growth targets
  • Build and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth
  • Create a culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement
  • Drive new client acquisition across enterprise and strategic accounts
  • Develop and manage a healthy, predictable sales pipeline
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams
  • Build executive-level relationships with prospects and clients
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through to close
  • Identify new market opportunities and routes to revenue
  • Use data and insight to improve sales effectiveness and forecasting
  • Help shape and scale the future commercial operating model
