Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts and data engineers, driving best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Oversee data governance, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time and predictive analytics.
  • Foster a data-driven culture, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

  • Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
