We are looking for a Data Director to take ownership of our data strategy, ensuring that analytics, insights, and data governance drive business success. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team and shape how data is leveraged across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's data strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Lead and develop a team of analysts and data engineers, driving best practices in data management and analytics.
- Oversee data governance, compliance, and security to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports real-time and predictive analytics.
- Foster a data-driven culture, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.

- Proven experience in a senior data leadership role.
