The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Production Support Analyst to join our Production Services team in Belfast. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our production systems. You’ll work closely with engineering teams, client partners, and external stakeholders to support live applications and maintain high service standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing 2nd line production support, investigating issues through system and database logs
- Monitoring production applications to ensure performance aligns with SLAs
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues across websites, APIs, and .NET applications
- Working with backend data across platforms such as AWS, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, and SQL
- Conducting root cause analysis and recommending long-term solutions
- Supporting releases, including post-production checks and quality reviews
- Documenting processes, systems, and known issues to build a strong knowledge base
- Collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and client-facing teams
- Supporting compliance activities including PCI and ISO27001
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in a production support or similar technical role (ideally within fintech or financial services)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve issues effectively
- Experience supporting web applications, REST APIs, and .NET environments
- Solid database experience (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure and escalations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong time management

- AWS experience
- QA/UAT or testing background
- Experience delivering training or supporting wider team enablement
