We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Finance team and play a critical role in driving financial excellence across the business. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the full Accounts Payable function from invoice to payment.
- Ensuring timely, accurate processing in line with company policy.
- Owning bank reconciliations and supplier relationship management.
- Managing redemptions stock and coordinating order logistics.
- Supporting treasury management with weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Preparing and posting month‑end journals, accruals & pre‑payments.
- Processing employee expense claims with precision and care.
- Collaborating across teams to support strategic decisions with solid financial insights.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and data integrity.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and Excel.
- Great at spotting details others miss and acting on them.
- Skilled in month‑end processes, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes.
- Comfortable working independently and cross‑functionally.
